1. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests will be considered only if made within 10 minutes of placing the booking request.

• Cancellation may not be entertained if:

  • The request has already been processed, or

  • The vehicle has been assigned, dispatched, or the pickup process has been initiated.

• Once the shipment has been communicated to our operations team or fleet partners, cancellations may attract applicable cancellation charges.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds are applicable only in cases approved by ColdBox, based on service feasibility, operational status, and internal review.

• Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 30 working days and credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

• ColdBox is not liable for refunds in cases of:

  • Incorrect or incomplete pickup/delivery details shared by the customer

  • Delays caused due to customer unavailability, documentation issues, or force majeure events

  • Improper packaging or non-compliance with temperature requirements at the time of loading

3. Service-Specific Conditions

• Cold logistics services are time- and temperature-sensitive; hence, once a vehicle is dispatched or temperature stabilization begins, refunds may not be applicable.

• In case of breakdowns or operational disruptions from our end, ColdBox will take corrective action, including alternate arrangements, as per service terms.

4. No Warranty on Third-Party Products

ColdBox provides logistics and transportation services only. Any issues related to product quality, manufacturing defects, or warranty must be addressed directly with the product manufacturer or seller.
